Trademark Use License

Preparing and documenting a trademark use license contract and submitting a license registration request to the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures. The service includes: Reviewing the data of the licensing parties. Preparing the trademark use license contract. Submitting the license registration request to the Authority. Following up on the request until the procedures are completed. Government fees: 2,000 SAR license registration fees. 1,000 SAR publication fees. Note: Government fees are not included in the office's fees and are paid directly when due. This service covers one trademark only, and any additional work or procedures are subject to a separate agreement.
