The service includes: Reviewing the executive deed provided by the client. Preparing and submitting the execution request electronically. Attaching required documents. Following up on the request until accepted and execution number is issued. Included executive deeds: Judicial rulings. Promissory notes. Checks. Notarized contracts. Minutes and other legally recognized executive deeds. Note: The service does not include any subsequent procedures or requests after submitting the execution request, including disclosure requests, attachment, sale, objections, or representing the client before the execution court, unless agreed upon independently.
