The service includes: Reviewing property and parties' data. Verifying regulatory requirements. Preparing and reviewing required documents. Coordinating with relevant parties. Completing the procedure electronically. Following up on the request until completion. Included procedures: Real estate conveyance. Real estate mortgage. Release of real estate mortgage. Note: The office's fees are (800 SAR) for each procedure separately. The service does not include government fees or fees imposed by competent authorities. If the procedure is through the Real Estate Registry, current government fees are approximately (1,887.50 SAR), paid independently by the beneficiary, subject to modification by the competent authority.
